A Charming Retreat in the Heart of Stone Town

The staff were really good, always ready to help. Breakfast offered fresh fruit juice and very nice local dishes. Just a tip, come prepared for some stairs. Loved the heritage charm here.

Exceptionally good views, we did not want to leave there.

The room was spacious, immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, very close to a ferry port. Had a truly memorable stay of Zanzibar town and would want to stay there again.

the room had no coffee facilities , but the breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries and local fruits. the staff went out of their way to help us, and the decor was stunningly traditional and very inviting.

The massage services were excellent. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could use a bit of improvement, but it didn't ruin our experience 😊

Stayed here for 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with great location by the ferry. Location: the property was so close to historical Stone Town, the beach and the promenade, and especially the night market. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby. The staff was charming and lovely, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was satisfactory and the food was appetising.

Charming decor and fantastic staff, but steep stairs can be hard to navigate.

As a senior traveler, I adored the charming historic decor and the spacious veranda with a lovely area to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The warm hospitality.

This hotel surpassed my previous visit in zanzibar, offering elegant heritage ambiance and friendly staff. The breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of local juices that impressed me.

The room was spacious and filled with character, with air conditioning, a large private bathroom, and a comfy seating area. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the waterfront. Meals were delicious. Breakfast had tasty options like freshly baked croissants. Staff were cute and helpful with local tips.

The nice furniture in traditional Zanzibari style. Especially Daniela, were friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was delicious, with local dishes that started my day perfectly!

The room I stayed in, Sultana, was fine with a lovely balcony and a spacious bathtub! The staff made every effort to be helpful. I particularly enjoyed the delicious passion and avocado juice, refreshing after a day of exploring. The city view from the balcony offered a good ambiance.

Intimate place with excellent staff and nice food. A nice size and tastefully decorated room with a large bedroom, balcony view, and bath tub. - Absolutely perfect location very close to the tourist area, waterfront, ferry port, and Darajani market. - Efficient service.
